Illustrative project format
HOA Defensible-Space Project
Reduce vegetation volume in the outer defensible-space bands behind homes
Illustrative project format — not a completed customer project.
This is the format an HOA engagement follows, not a record of completed work.
Association work carries a communication requirement that agency work often does not. Resident notification, signage, leashed-dog warnings, and a clear statement of which common areas are in scope are planned before the herd arrives. Ornamental planting, irrigation, and young trees to be protected are identified and excluded at the site review. Zone 0 immediately adjacent to structures generally remains hand work, and inspection sign-off stays with the authority having jurisdiction.
Repeat-service recommendation
Interface common areas are usually treated annually ahead of fire season; the interval is proposed at completion.
Testimonial
None. We publish testimonials only from real customers who have agreed to be quoted.
Project suitability, pricing, grazing outcomes, timing, and regulatory requirements vary by property and agency. A site review is required before any proposal, schedule, or performance commitment is issued.
