Certificates of insurance, coverage limits, and additional-insured endorsements are provided directly to a client or agency on request during procurement or contracting.

Nothing on this website is a representation that any particular insurance policy, coverage type, or limit is currently in force. We do not publish coverage limits here, and no statement on this site should be relied on as evidence of coverage. The certificate issued for your project, at the time of contracting, is the only thing that evidences coverage.

Licensing and permits

Licensing, permitting, and registration requirements for vegetation-management and grazing services vary by jurisdiction, property type, and scope of work. Before entering into a contract we will confirm in writing which requirements apply to that specific scope and our status against each one.

We do not claim any license, permit, registration, or certification the company has not obtained. Current registration status is published on our government contracting disclosures page.

Client and property-owner responsibilities

Some obligations sit with the property owner or the contracting agency rather than with us, and a grazing contractor cannot assume them. These typically include:

• Permits and approvals attaching to the land rather than to the service
• Environmental review or authorisation required for work on the property
• Disclosure of known hazards, encumbrances, easements, and restrictions
• Notification of neighbors, residents, or site users where required
• Inspection and compliance sign-off by the authority having jurisdiction

No guarantees

We do not claim, and this website does not imply, guaranteed fire prevention, guaranteed insurance savings, guaranteed vegetation elimination, guaranteed environmental benefits, certified status not yet earned, or government approval not yet received.

Project suitability, pricing, grazing outcomes, timing, and regulatory requirements vary by property and agency. A site review is required before any proposal, schedule, or performance commitment is issued.

Controlling documents

Where anything on this website conflicts with a signed contract, certificate of insurance, or written scope of work, those documents control.
