Government Contracting Disclosures
What a procurement officer needs to know about this company's actual status before evaluating it. Nothing here is aspirational.

Company stage
Goats for Grazing is an early-stage company. This disclosure page exists so a public-sector buyer can establish exactly where we stand without having to infer it from marketing language elsewhere on this site.
Registration status
The following are the company's registration and identifier statuses as currently published. A status of "in progress" or "pending" means exactly that — the identifier has not been issued and is not claimed.
- SAM.gov registration: In progress
- UEI (Unique Entity ID): To be added after SAM registration
- CAGE code: To be added after SAM registration
- California vendor registration (Cal eProcure): In progress
- NAICS codes: Pending confirmation
- UNSPSC codes: Pending confirmation
- Business license: Pending
- Certifications (SB / DVBE / DBE / other): None claimed at this time
If a solicitation requires a registration that is still in progress, tell us the deadline. We will tell you honestly whether we can meet it rather than representing that we already have it.
Certifications
The company does not currently hold, and does not claim, any small-business, disadvantaged-business, veteran, or other socio-economic procurement certification. Any such status will be published here only once formally certified, with the issuing body and certification number.
Past performance
The company has no published completed customer projects. The material on our project formats page describes how engagements of each type are structured, scoped, and documented. Every entry there is labelled "Illustrative project format — not a completed customer project." None of it is past performance, and it must not be evaluated as such.
We publish no testimonials, references, or customer names that do not exist, and this site carries no review or rating markup for the same reason.
Insurance
Insurance coverage is being finalized and will be confirmed before contract execution. We do not publish coverage limits on this website and we make no representation about coverage that is not in force at the time of contracting. Certificates of insurance, coverage limits, and additional-insured endorsements are confirmed and provided during procurement once coverage is active. See our insurance and licensing disclaimer.
Licensing
Licensing requirements for vegetation-management and grazing services vary by jurisdiction and by scope of work. We will confirm in writing which licenses and permits apply to a specific scope and our status against each of them before entering into a contract. Business-license and applicable-permit status is included in the registration-status list above and confirmed in writing for a specific scope before any contract.
Subcontracting and teaming
We are available to primes and land-management contractors as a grazing subcontractor. Capacity and scheduling are confirmed before any teaming commitment is made. We will not commit to capacity we cannot deliver in order to be included in a bid.
Conflicts and representations
Representations and certifications required by a specific solicitation are made in that solicitation's own forms, signed by an authorised representative. Nothing on this website constitutes a certification or representation to any government entity.
Public records
Information submitted to a public agency in connection with a solicitation may be subject to that agency's records obligations, including the California Public Records Act.
