Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

Public agencies have accessibility obligations, and so does anyone asking them to read a proposal or project document. This site is designed and built to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.

What we have done

• Every page is fully operable by keyboard, including the navigation menu and all forms
• A "skip to main content" link is the first focusable element on every page
• Visible focus indicators on every interactive element, with a contrast ratio of at least 3:1
• Text and interface colors meeting or exceeding the AA contrast minimums
• Color is never the only way information is conveyed — form errors are shown as text, marked with aria-invalid, and announced to screen readers
• Every form control has a persistent visible label, not a placeholder used as a label
• Semantic headings, landmarks, and lists so screen-reader navigation works as expected
• Expandable sections use the browser's native disclosure element rather than a scripted widget, so they behave correctly with assistive technology
• Animation and smooth scrolling are disabled when your system requests reduced motion
• Content reflows to 320px width and supports 200% text zoom without loss of function
• Forms submit without JavaScript, so a script failure cannot block an inquiry

Known limitations

• Photography. The site is currently text-led while real project photography is produced. When photographs are added, each image will receive descriptive alt text.
• Third-party components. Where spam protection or analytics is enabled, those vendor components are outside our direct control. We have selected vendors that publish accessibility conformance information.

This statement reflects our own testing. It has not been validated by an independent third-party audit, and we do not claim certification we have not obtained.

Reporting a barrier

If any part of this site prevents you from doing what you came to do, tell us. Include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you were using. Send it through the contact form, and we will respond and provide the information you needed in an alternative format while we fix the underlying issue.
