California Privacy Notice
Additional disclosures for California residents, provided under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act.
Last updated: July 27, 2026
Scope
This notice supplements our privacy policy and applies to California residents. Terms used here have the meanings given to them in the CCPA.
Categories of personal information collected
In the past twelve months we may have collected the following categories through this site:
- Identifiers — name, email address, phone number, property address, IP address
- Professional or employment-related information — organization and role
- Commercial information — the services you inquired about, budget and procurement status
- Internet or other network activity — pages viewed, referring site, campaign parameters, and analytics measurement data
- Geolocation data — only the property location you choose to give us; we do not collect precise device location
- Other information you provide — free-text project details and uploaded files
We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CCPA, and we do not use or disclose it for purposes requiring a "Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information" link.
Sources
Directly from you when you submit a form, and automatically from your browser and our hosting and analytics providers when you use the site.
Business purposes for collection
To evaluate and respond to your inquiry, to arrange a site review, to prepare requested proposals and procurement documents, to secure the site against fraud and abuse, and to measure site performance. We do not use this information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
Disclosure, sale, and sharing
We disclose personal information to service providers — our hosting, form processing, spam protection, and analytics vendors — for the business purposes above, under contracts limiting their use of it.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not sold or shared personal information in the past twelve months, and we do not do so with respect to anyone we know to be under 16.
Retention
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of business correspondence, then delete or anonymise them.
