This is the format a hosting arrangement follows, not a record of a completed arrangement.
Hosting is assessed against fixed minimum criteria: suitable agricultural or rural zoning, truck and trailer access, reliable water, secure or fenceable areas, adequate acreage, permission for livestock guardian dogs, the ability to accommodate temporary staff or approved mobile housing where lawful, no unresolved hazardous-material concerns, and willingness to sign a written agreement. Property condition is recorded at arrival and at departure so both sides have the same record.

Successful hosting arrangements are typically renewed seasonally under the same written terms.
